THE OUTSTANDING PASTORAL SYSTEM GUIDES PUPILS, PROMOTING PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT AS AN INDIVIDUAL AND IN THE SCHOOL/WIDER COMMUNITY. EACH PUPIL WILL DEVELOP SKILLS, WHICH WILL ENABLE THEM TO BECOME A RESOURCEFUL AND REPONSIBLE MEMBER OF SOCIETY.
