What it says it does
Hope House Children's Hospices provides palliative care for babies and children up to the age of 18 and support for their family. Care can be provided at home, in hospital and at two specially designed hospices, Hope House in Shropshire and Ty Gobaith in North Wales. Services include respite, crisis care, neo-natal support, end of life care, social work, family support and counselling.
