Hope After Harm aim to bring people and organisations together to create safer and stronger communities. Supporting victims of crime and their families we work closely with criminal justice partners, local authorities, voluntary and community organisations and the private sector, to develop long term, sustainable solutions to the problems of crime and social exclusion.
